Staff
LDSM’s company management is led by the Senior Executive Officer with a full-time Festival & Academy Officer, and part-time finance and PA personnel.
Seasonal part-time staff include box office and a freelance Festival Team, recruited annually on short-term contracts as required by Festival and educational projects.
Our sincere thanks also go to some 50 volunteers, many of them drawn from our wonderful Patrons of LDSM Society, who assist our work each year.
