Meet the Composer: Nirmali Fenn

Sri Lankan born and Australian educated Nirmali attended the 4x4 Composer Residency in 2007 where her talent quickly engaged the attention of both the Kuss Quartet and composer Martin Butler. As a prelude to this morning’s concert, Nirmali introduces her new work and talks of the challenges of writing for string quartet.
